All went well except connecting this devise. I’ve downloaded and installed the latest version of the VZ Access manager v 7. If I un-install them, I don’t have access to install the new ones. It’s the bit systems that have been a challenge. I have an HP Pavillion dv7 dx notebook. Has anybody gotten the UM work correctly. Try changing the compatibility to XP sp2.

Anyone trying to force you to upgrade to the um is either clueless or is just trying to lock you into a 2-yr deal again.
