In most cases, if you can find a Vista driver, it will work in Windows 7, if installed in Vista Compatibility Mode. Message 8 of The web portal shows XP as the OS. Obviously it needs more memory to run Windows 7 smoothly.

HP Pavilion dv – Video Controller Hello, can anyone help me to find a driver for my video controller? Go to the device manager and click on the Video Controller needing drivers. I’ve just upgraded to windows 7 from xp, and HP doesnt seem to make drivers for my old laptop anymore, though windows 7 is running pretty smoothly! Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

If this is a Hp Laptop go to HP look up your model and download the card reader driver. Post all alphanumeric characters here in your thread. And supply your system specs, you’ll get more help that way, as it is we don’t know what system your talking about.
